    A sure 5 compared on the products available in the market, but the founders are not aiming for that. The noodles can have a bit more texture, the soup is flavourful but can be thicker while maintaining higher volume. My family and I ate upto the brim. I would also suggest people to experiment with it and make gimi michi their own.

Stovetop: boil 1.5 cups (360 ml) water and add the Gimi Michi noodles and vegetables. Cook for 4โ€“6 minutes, leaving a little water in the pan. Add the seasoning and mix well.

Microwave: add the noodles, vegetables and 1 cup (250 ml) water to a microwave-safe bowl and microwave for 4 minutes. Add the seasoning, mix well and microwave for 1 more minute. Let it sit for 1 minute.

Add your favourite toppings, like cheese, eggs, tofu or greens, and enjoy!
