We dispatch all orders within 48 hours of receiving the order.

Delivery typically takes 3โ€“8 working days, depending on your location.

Once your order is dispatched, a tracking link will be shared on WhatsApp and email.

Tracking is generated only after dispatch, not at the time of order.

For larger orders, we sometimes split them into multiple smaller shipments to prevent in-transit damage.

Each shipment will have its own tracking link, so you may receive your order in parts.

If any item is missing or damaged (bowl, stickers, chopsticks, etc.), please reach out to us on WhatsApp and weโ€™ll take care of it.

Our team will issue a proportional refund to your source account.

We will issue a refund for the bowl value if it arrives broken.

Since our bowls are ceramic and handmade,

  • Minor visual imperfections
  • and slight colour variations

are completely normal and part of the productโ€™s character.

We do not issue refunds for these scenarios.

Our outer packaging, while cute, is not part of the core product offering.

Since we use third-party logistics (Amazon and Delhivery), minor box damage can happen in transit.

We do not issue refunds for outer box damage.

Once processed, refunds are credited to your original payment method within 2โ€“5 working days, depending on your bank.

Orders cannot be cancelled once placed, since our logistics pipeline automatically processes the order in real-time.
