Return & Refund Policy

At Gimi Michi, we take great care in delivering authentic, high-quality Korean food products to you. However, if something doesnโ€™t go as expected, hereโ€™s how we handle returns and refunds.

1. Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, expired, or incorrect, we will issue a proportional refund to your original payment method.

What you need to do:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Share clear photos/videos of:

    • The outer packaging

    • The product received

    • The issue observed

Once verified, the refund will be initiated. The product does not need to be returned.

2. No Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once they are placed.

Due to the nature of food products and immediate processing, we are unable to accept cancellation requests after an order has been successfully placed on our website.

3. Non-Returnable Items

All our products are food items and hence non-returnable and non-exchangeable, except in cases where the product is damaged, defective, expired, or incorrect in which case a refund will be initiated.

4. Refund Timelines

  • Approved refunds are initiated within 2โ€“4 business days

  • The refunded amount may take 5โ€“10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider or bank.

5. Orders Not Eligible for Refund

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Taste or flavour preferences

  • Bowl related imperfections

  • Bowl could be different from the ones depicted in the pictures

  • Minor packaging damage that does not affect product quality

  • Incorrect address or contact details provided by the customer.*

  • Failed deliveries due to customer unavailability

*If delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address or phone number provided by the customer, โ‚น100 delivery and handling fee will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be refunded.
