At Gimi Michi, we take great care in delivering authentic, high-quality Korean food products to you. However, if something doesnโt go as expected, hereโs how we handle returns and refunds.
1. Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, expired, or incorrect, we will issue a proportional refund to your original payment method.
What you need to do:

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

The issue observed

Once verified, the refund will be initiated. The product does not need to be returned.
2. No Cancellations
Orders cannot be cancelled once they are placed.
Due to the nature of food products and immediate processing, we are unable to accept cancellation requests after an order has been successfully placed on our website.
3. Non-Returnable Items
All our products are food items and hence non-returnable and non-exchangeable, except in cases where the product is damaged, defective, expired, or incorrect in which case a refund will be initiated.
4. Refund Timelines

Approved refunds are initiated within 2โ4 business days

The refunded amount may take 5โ10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider or bank.
5. Orders Not Eligible for Refund
Refunds will not be issued for:

Taste or flavour preferences

Bowl related imperfections

Bowl could be different from the ones depicted in the pictures

Minor packaging damage that does not affect product quality

Incorrect address or contact details provided by the customer.*
