  • What are typical lead times?

    Stock boxes ship in 7-10 working days. Custom-branded outer boxes need 14-18 working days from artwork sign-off.

  • Can you provide a GST invoice?

    Yes - every order ships with a tax invoice. Share your company GSTIN at checkout or in the inquiry form.

  • What are your payment terms?

    50% advance to lock production, 50% before dispatch. Bank transfer, UPI or company card all work.

  • Do you ship to multiple addresses across India?

    Yes - share a single CSV with names + addresses and we'll handle pan-India delivery with tracking links.

  • Can we send sample boxes before placing the order?

    Of course. We send 1-2 sample boxes (paid, refundable on confirmed orders 100+ units) once the brief is locked.
