TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Organizer

This promotional campaign (“Campaign”) is organized and operated by Nikham Innovations Pvt. Ltd. (“Organizer”, “Company”).

2. Campaign Period

The Campaign runs from [TBC start date] to [TBC end date] (“Campaign Period”), both days inclusive.

3. Eligibility

  • Open to individuals who are legal residents of India.
  • Open to individuals who are 18 years of age or older.

4. How to Enter

Any order placed on www.gimimichi.com during the Campaign Period qualifies. The number of entries an order earns is determined by its cart value:

  • ₹449 and above — 1 entry
  • ₹749 and above — 2 entries
  • ₹999 and above — 3 entries

Three entries is the maximum a single order can earn. Multiple orders may be placed during the Campaign Period; entries are grouped by the registered mobile number.

5. How Cart Value is Measured

Entries are counted on the cart value before any checkout offers, coupons or gifts are applied. The value shown on the entry meter on the sale page is the value that counts. The amount finally payable at checkout may be lower, and a lower payable amount does not reduce the entries already earned.

6. Prizes

  • One (1) trip to South Korea. Return economy flights only, booked by the Organizer, to a maximum combined value of ₹[TBC]. Any excess is borne by the winner. Travel must be completed within [TBC] months of the winner being announced.
  • Six (6) Kodak Charmera cameras. Colour and variant at the Organizer’s discretion, subject to availability.
  • Six (6) ARIRANG standard vinyl records. Subject to availability.
  • Five (5) orders refunded every day of the Campaign Period. Refunds are issued as Michi Coins to the account used to place the order, up to a maximum of ₹[TBC] per order, and are usable on future purchases only. Michi Coins are not redeemable for cash and expire [TBC].

7. Prize Exclusions

The Korea trip does not include visa fees, passport expenses, accommodation, local transport, meals, personal expenses, travel insurance, or any other incidental cost. The winner must hold a valid passport and secure their own visa. The Organizer is not responsible for visa rejection, travel restrictions, or any personal inability to travel.

8. Winner Selection & Announcement

  • Winners are selected by random draw with weightage to the purchased amount, grouped on mobile number.
  • Daily refund winners are drawn [TBC: each day / at the end of the Campaign Period] and announced [TBC where].
  • The decision of the Organizer is final and binding.
  • Winners are contacted on their registered contact details. A winner who does not respond within 7 days, or who does not complete the required documentation, may be replaced at the Organizer’s sole discretion.

9. Winner Obligations

The winner of the Korea trip agrees to create and share a minimum of 5 (five) videos documenting the trip, and grants the Organizer usage rights to that content for marketing and promotional purposes.

10. Non-Transferability

Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or an alternative benefit. No upgrades, rescheduling or customization beyond Organizer-defined parameters will be permitted.

11. Cancelled and Returned Orders

Entries attached to an order that is cancelled, returned, refused at delivery or refunded are void, whether the cancellation happens before or after the draw. [TBC: confirm with ops.]

12. Content & Publicity Rights

By participating, winners agree that the Organizer may publicly announce their name, likeness and participation, and grant the Organizer perpetual, royalty-free rights to use submitted or created content for marketing and advertising across platforms.

13. Disqualification

The Organizer may disqualify any participant who provides false information, engages in fraud or manipulation, or violates these Terms.

14. Taxation

Prizes may be subject to applicable taxes under Indian law, including Tax Deducted at Source (TDS) under the Income Tax Act, 1961. The Organizer may deduct applicable TDS before awarding a prize, or require the winner to pay the applicable tax in advance. The winner is solely responsible for any additional tax liability and for their own filings.

15. Force Majeure

The Organizer is not liable for any failure or delay caused by natural disasters, government regulations, pandemics, airline or travel disruption, or any event beyond reasonable control, and may modify, substitute or cancel a prize in such circumstances.

16. Limitation of Liability

The Organizer is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages, nor for any issue arising from travel, airline services or third-party vendors. Participation is at the sole risk of the participant.

17. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi, India.

18. General

The Organizer may modify, suspend or terminate the Campaign at any time and may amend these Terms without prior notice. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of the latest Terms.
