1. Organizer

This promotional campaign (“Campaign”) is organized and operated by Nikham Innovations Pvt. Ltd. (“Organizer”, “Company”).

2. Campaign Period

The Campaign is valid for a period of 15 (fifteen) days, starting from 15th
April and ending on 30th April(“Campaign Period”).

3. Eligibility

• Open to individuals who Are
• legal residents of India
• Are 18 years of age or older

4. Participation Criteria

• Anypurchase made on www.gimimichi.com during the Campaign Period qualifies as an entry.
• Each valid order may count as one or more entries at the Organizer’s
  discretion.
• The Organizer reserves the right to:
• Validate all entries
• Disqualify fraudulent, suspicious, or incomplete entries

5. Prize Details

• One (1) winner will receive:
• Return flight tickets to South Korea

Prize Conditions:

• Tickets will be:
• Economy class only
• Booked directly by the Organizer
• The maximum total value of the tickets (round trip combined) shall not exceed INR 50,000 (Fifty Thousand Rupees).
• In case the total airfare exceeds INR 50,000:
• The additional amount shall be borne by the winner
• Travel must be completed within 3 (three) months from the date of winner announcement.

6. Winner Selection & Announcement

• The winner will be selected through a random draw with weightage to the
  purchased amount grouped on mobile number
• The decision of the Organizer shall be final and binding.

Winner Obligations:

• The winner agrees to:
• Create and share a minimum of 5 (five) videos documenting their Korea trip
• Provide usage rights of this content to the Organizer for marketing and
  promotional purposes

Communication & Claim:

• The winner will be contacted via registered contact details.
• If the winner:
• Fails to respond within 7 days, or
• Fails
  to complete documentation/requirements
  
  → The Organizer reserves the right to take any appropriate next steps,
  including selecting an alternate winner or modifying the prize allocation,
  at its sole discretion.

7. Travel Conditions

• Travel arrangements will be handled exclusively by the Organizer.

Exclusions:

The prize
does NOT include:

• Visa fees
• Passport expenses
• Accommodation
• Local transport
• Meals and personal expenses
• Travel insurance
• Any other incidental or ancillary costs

Responsibilities:

• The winner must:
• Hold a valid passport
• Secure a valid visa for South Korea
• The Organizer is not responsible for:
• Visa rejection
• Travel restrictions or regulatory changes
• Personal inability to travel

8. Non-Transferability & Non-Encashment

• The prize:
• Is non-transferable
• Cannot be exchanged for cash or alternative benefits
• No upgrades, rescheduling, or customization beyond Organizer-defined parameters will be permitted.

9. Content & Publicity Rights

• By participating, the winner agrees to:
• Allow the Organizer to publicly announce their name, likeness, and
  participation
• Grant the Organizer perpetual, royalty-free rights to use any submitted or created content (including trip videos) for marketing, advertising, and promotional purposes across platforms

10. Force Majeure

The Organizer shall not be liable for failure or delay in fulfilling obligations
due to:

• Natural disasters
• Government regulations
• Pandemics
• Airline or travel disruptions
• Any event beyond reasonable control

The Organizer reserves the right to:

• Modify, substitute, or cancel the prize in such circumstances

11. Disqualification

The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify any participant who:

• Provides false information
• Engages in fraud or manipulation
• Violates these Terms in any manner

12. Taxation & Financial Liabilities

• The prize may be subject to applicable taxes under Indian law,
  including but not limited to:
• Tax Deducted at Source (TDS) under the Income Tax Act,
  1961
• As per prevailing regulations:
• If the prize value exceeds the prescribed threshold, TDS may be
  applicable
• The Organizer reserves the right to:
• Deduct applicable TDS before awarding the prize, or
• Require the winner to pay the applicable tax amount in advance before ticket issuance
• The winner shall be solely responsible for:
• Any additional tax liabilities
• Filing of tax returns and disclosures related to the prize
• The Organizer shall not be responsible for any tax consequences arising from
  acceptance of the prize

13. Limitation of Liability

• The Organizer shall not be liable for:
• Any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Any issues arising from travel, airline services, or third-party vendors
• Participation is at the sole risk of the participant

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

• These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India
• All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in
  Delhi, India

15. General Conditions

• The Organizer reserves the right to:
• Modify, suspend, or terminate the Campaign at any time
• Amend these Terms without prior notice
• Continued participation constitutes acceptance of the latest Terms
