A sure 5 compared on the products available in the market, but the founders are not aiming for that. The noodles can have a bit more texture, the soup is flavourful but can be thicker while maintaining higher volume. My family and I ate upto the brim. I would also suggest people to experiment with it and make gimi michi their own. Posting my photo.
P.S we have tried 2-3 variations, loved all of them
